On Saturday, May 24, we stepped away from our kitchen for a while and, together with the teams from Hotel Gong and Hotel Šipka, moved directly to the square in Štramberk. During the Štramberský Jasoň event, we joined forces and took care of the entire gastro zone of the festival.
Sunshine, plenty of competitors, even more spectators, and a pace that never slowed down under the open sky. We cooked from morning until evening, the aroma filled the air, and we were truly delighted by the visitors’ interest. Thank you to everyone who stopped by—whether for food, drinks, or just to say hello. We enjoyed a day full of movement, flavours, and great encounters right below Trúba. Now we’re back in Kozlovice and look forward to welcoming you again at Mlýn Kozlovice. 💛
