Autumn at Mlýn Kozlovice has its unmistakable atmosphere – the aroma of roasted goose, the crackling of fire, and the festive calm that simply belongs to November.
From November 11 to November 16, 2025, we invite you to our St. Martin’s Feast, where you can enjoy traditional goose and duck specialties prepared in our style. You can look forward to delicate liver, fragrant kaldoun soup, slow-confited Barbary duck leg, and sliced goose breast with parsnip purée and caramelised pear.
Of course, we will also serve young wines from Habánské sklepy, which belong to St. Martin’s cuisine just as much as a good mood. Alongside plum cake, you can also enjoy traditional pastries and buns from our daily offer.
