At the end of April, things will run a bit differently here. From Friday 24 to Sunday 26 April, it’s all about our burger weekend. And if you know the Mill, you can imagine what that means the moment you walk in.
This time we focused on combinations that work and don’t need much explaining. The beef burger comes with cheddar sauce and bacon mayo, finished with grilled onion and a pickled cucumber. The rabbit burger goes a slightly different way with caramelized onion, crispy bacon and jalapeño mayo. There is also a halloumi option with guacamole mayo for those who prefer something without meat.
We added a pulled pork hot dog with gouda and horseradish mayo, plus a few sides that make sense with it. Fries, coleslaw or fried calamari if you want something extra to share or just keep for yourself.
This is not the kind of weekend where you rush through a meal. It is more about sitting down, ordering what you feel like and maybe going for one more.
