At the end of January, the grill will be fired up at Mlýn Kozlovice and the kitchen will be all about proper burgers. We are preparing a Burger Weekend, where you can look forward to a special menu created exclusively for this weekend. If you enjoy honest flavours, the combination of meat, cheeses, and bold sauces, this is a weekend you shouldn’t miss.
What to Expect
The burger menu is designed so that everyone can find something they like. Lovers of classics will appreciate the beef double burger with cheddar, crispy bacon, and pepper mayonnaise. If you prefer more unusual combinations, the menu will include a burger with glazed pork belly, horseradish mayonnaise, and grilled apple, or a burger with pulled duck and hoisin mayonnaise. We have also thought about a meat-free option, so a halloumi burger will be available as well.
Before the burger itself, you can start with something small to awaken your taste buds. The menu will include onion rings or calamari with dip. Of course, burgers will be served with fries and dips according to the kitchen’s current offer.
