Saturday at Mlýn Kozlovice was all about the grill, and we thank everyone who came to taste our summer menu and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
Guests enjoyed the following specialties:
- Grilled pork belly, mashed potatoes with barley, beer sauce
- Grilled trout, bread, cucumber dip
- Flank steak, potatoes from the embers, dill sauce
- Grilled rye flatbread with goat cheese and beetroot
